65 Ballots Short of Quorum

With 10 days to go until the board of directors election, we remain 65 ballots short of the 214 needed to reach quorum.  There are 428 homeowners.  If you have not yet voted, please get your ballot in!

Last  year, more than half of Village homeowners voted but but not every ballot could be counted because some were filled out incorrectly. The requirement is 214 valid ballots; last year we had 212.  Ouch!

Remember to print your Coto property address and sign your name to the white envelope. Without those two things, your vote will not count.
