Village homeowners will elect a new board on Wednesday, October 14 for the 2015-2016 term. There are 12 candidates for five positions. Each candidate’s statement has been posted to the blog in alphabetical order by last name.

Why are you interested in serving as a director and what goals do you want to see accomplished within your term as director?
Served on the Board for over a 16 year period. 2016 we will be repairing major jobs including drainage and repaving 3 major streets in The Village. I want to see it all done right.
What is your background and experience? Have you served as a committee member or director for a community association? If yes, please elaborate on this experience.
I am a licensed contractor, over the years I have built numerous homes in The Village. With my experience in The Village homes I can guide many homeowners with renovations to save them money.

Yes, many committees over the years.
Any other information you would like to provide?
The Board needs experienced members to address the many problems we will be facing in 2016 including drainage, street resurfacing and Architectural Reviews.
