UPDATED: 140 ballots have been received; 75 are needed to make quorum. Ballots can be dropped off at the HOA meeting on October 14 at 6 p.m. at the Coto Valley Club.
The annual board of directors election is coming up on October 14. By now, all residents should have received their election materials in the mail.
Currently only 105 ballots have been received. To reach quorum, another 110 are needed within the week. There is still time to mail in your ballot or it can be dropped off at the HOA meeting on October 14 at 6 p.m. at the Coto Valley Club.
If you lost your ballot materials, contact Janine Stratton at FirstService Residential.
If we do not reach quorum, we will have to hold a special meeting solely for counting ballots.
Remember to PRINT your property address and sign your name to the white envelope. Without them, your ballot will be deemed ineligible.
