THE COTO DE CAZA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION IS WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12th.
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO VOTE!
As of Sunday, October 9th, we have received 132 Ballots. We need an additional 83 ballots to make quorum.
It is important that we establish a Quorum (receive a minimum of 215 valid ballots). If we do not reach a quorum on Election night, the election will be extended causing undue delay and added costs.

AS OF MONDAY, OCT. 10th, YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO SUBMIT YOUR VOTE:
1. HAND CARRY YOUR BALLOT to our Property Management’s Office. Ballots MUST BE RECEIVED by 12:00 Noon, Wednesday Oct 12. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. Their address is:

2. HAND CARRY YOUR BALLOT to the Clubhouse monthly HOA meeting on TUESDAY, OCT. 11th. Ballots will be accepted throughout the Open session. Open Session is scheduled to start at 6pm and, depending on the length of the Open Agenda, typically runs until 8pm or little after.
3. HAND CARRY YOUR BALLOT to the Clubhouse on Election day, WEDNESDAY, OCT. 12th. A ballot box will be available for dropoff throughout the day. Our HOA Annual Meeting doors open at 7pm with ballots accepted until 8pm sharp. Please arrive before 8pm. Ballot deposit cutoff time is strictly controlled by the Inspector of Election. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you have misplaced your ballot, our Property Manager Janine Stratton will be happy to assist in providing a replacement for you. Replacement ballots will also be available on Election Night.
