November 2015 Newsletter

The November 2015 Village Newsletter is now available.

This issue features the dates for the annual holiday decorating contest; guidance on putting in artificial turf, installing a new roof and planting vegetation on HOA property; and the transition to a new patrol company as of December 1.

Next Board Meeting – Wednesday, October 14, 2015

Join us for the October HOA meeting, which also is the association’s annual meeting and board of directors election.  Ballots can be dropped off at the meeting at 6 p.m. at the Coto Valley Club.

Agenda items include:

  • Committee Reports and Updates
  • 2016 Budget Draft
  • Reserve Study Report
  • Amended Election Policy
  • Board of Directors Election

Wednesday, October 14
6 p.m. – Open Meeting Session
7 p.m. – Homeowners Forum
Coto Valley Club
Assuming quorum is met, the election company will count ballots during the meeting and announce the results of the election

Remember to Vote!

UPDATED:  140 ballots have been received; 75 are needed to make quorum.  Ballots can be dropped off at the HOA meeting on October 14 at 6 p.m. at the Coto Valley Club.

The annual board of directors election is coming up on October 14.  By now, all residents should have received their election materials in the mail.

Currently only 105 ballots have been received.  To reach quorum, another 110 are needed within the week.  There is still time to mail in your ballot or it can be dropped off at the HOA meeting on October 14 at 6 p.m. at the Coto Valley Club.

Next Board Meeting – Wednesday, September 9, 2015

Join us for the September HOA meeting featuring an opportunity to meet the candidates running for the board of directors. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Candidates Night will begin at the conclusion of the Homeowner’s Forum, which begins at 7 p.m. Given the large field of candidates, each will be given three minutes to make a statement. At the conclusion of each statement, there will be Q&A with the audience. You can read all the candidates statements on the blog.
