HOA ELECTION IN PROGRESS-TIME TO VOTE

A friendly reminder to all Village Homeowners; ballots are currently being accepted for the 2018-19 Coto de Caza Community Association HOA Board of Directors Election.

In order to attain quorum and hold the election on October 30th, ballots must be received and in hand by the Inspector of Election prior to our Annual HOA meeting. If quorum is attained, any ballot arriving after the meeting unfortunately cannot be counted.    That includes ballots received via U.S. Mail postmarked prior to, yet received after the meeting.

  • Date of HOA Annual Meeting:    October 30, 2018
  • Time: 10:00AM
  • Location: Corporate offices of Crummack Huseby Property Management
  • 25531 Commercenter Drive, Suite 100
  • Lake Forest, CA 92630

SUBMITTING YOUR BALLOT:

Valid ballots are on a single sheet of white 8 x 11 paper titled “2018 Annual Meeting – Coto de Caza Community Association – REVISED IRREVOCABLE SECRET BALLOT”, and include the ballot, a YELLOW envelope labeled “Coto de Caza – Revised Elections Ballot” in the bottom left corner of the yellow envelope AND a blank WHITE envelope. Complete your ballot. DO NOT SIGN IT.  Fold and insert your ballot into the WHITE envelope and seal it. DO NOT WRITE on the outside of the WHITE envelope. Place the WHITE envelope INTO the YELLOW envelope and seal it. Write your name, address and SIGNATURE on the YELLOW envelope. Please mail or hand-deliver to the Annual Meeting location as described above.

For additional questions, including misplaced or lost ballots, please contact our Property Management Company:

  • Crummack Huseby Property Management
  • 25531 Commercenter Drive, Suite 100
  • Lake Forest, CA 92630
