COTO DE CAZA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (THE VILLAGE)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSOCIATION MEMBERS

HOW TO RETURN YOUR BALLOT

  1. Place your voted ballot in the plain envelope and seal that envelope. Place the sealed plain envelope in the pre-addressed envelope. CAUTION: DO NOT write your name or any other identifying information on the ballot or the plain envelope.  You are entitled to cast ONE ballot for EACH property you own in The Village. If you own two properties, for example, that means you’ll turn in two fully completed and sealed envelopes as described herein.

  2. The upper left-hand corner of the pre-addressed envelope MUST CONTAIN the owner of record and address of The Village property that entitles you to vote in this Election. The Owner of Record MUST SIGN as indicated in the upper left-hand corner.  IF YOU FAIL TO INDICATE (1) YOUR NAME, (2) PROPERTY ADDRESS AND (3) SIGN THE PRE-ADDRESSED ENVELOPE, YOUR BALLOT WILL NOT BE COUNTED. Sorry, no exceptions.  Once again, be sure to supply ALL OF THE INFORMATION on the pre-addressed envelope.

  3. YOUR BALLOT WILL REMAIN SECRET. DO NOT SIGN OR INITIAL the ballot.

  4. If you lose the pre-addressed return envelope that was sent to you or need to obtain a replacement ballot because the original ballot is damaged or marked erroneously, please call Crummack-Huseby HOA Management at (949) 367-9430.

VOTE BY MAIL: Your ballot must be received by October 16th.  POSTMARKS DO NOT COUNT. Mail it with sufficient time for delivery.

VOTE IN PERSON: Hand-deliver your ballot to to Inspector of Elections at the Annual HOA Meeting held on October 17th at the Coto Valley Country Club.

No Emails or Faxes accepted.

POLLS CLOSE AT 7 PM, OCTOBER 17th.

NO EXCEPTIONS.
