NEW HOA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

All Village Homeowners,

After many years with the same property management company, the Board of Directors determined that it was time to compare property management service providers for our community. Based upon a careful review and interview process, with due diligence the Board has selected the firm Crummack Huseby HOA Management to serve our community for a one year period, with an option to renew for an additional year.

By now, you should have received your Welcome Letter from “CH”. They are an established firm with a seasoned management team and we look forward to an excellent partnership with them. Their contract commences officially on June 1, 2017. Our Association Manager will be Dana Davidson Harle. Dana is currently on vacation and returns to work May 8. Until that date, for further inquiries or informational needs you may reach CH at 949-367-9430.

Please note that until June 1, FirstService Residential is the management company to call for immediate situations. Manager Michelle Loy is available at 949-448-6138.

Thank you,
Coto de Caza Community Association

CPAC (COTO PLANNING ADVISORY COMMITTEE) UPDATE

APRIL MEETING CANCELLED

The April 5th Coto Planning Advisory Committee meeting has been cancelled.

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017.

CPAC April Meeting Cancellation Notice

MARCH 1st MEETING SUMMARY

The first Coto Planning Advisory Committee meeting, following their installation in January, convened on March 1st at the RSM Bell Tower facility. This committee was formed by the ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS to help them bridge the information gap between our Coto Community and the OC Supervisors as relates to any and all development projects that are currently active that would impact our community.

The meeting was dedicated to the “Lyon Estate” proposal to build 25 new homes on the William Lyon property.  Discussed was the PUBLIC NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY (NOA) DRAFT and the approved ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT.  No other projects were discussed.

The Lyon Estate proposed development has gone through all required reports and is an estimated 95% complete leading up to the vote from our five (5) OC Supervisors for final approval. Coto Country Homes requested, for safety purposes, added left turn lanes on Coto de Caza Drive, along with a Sound Wall as part of project approval.  Members of the CPAC committee added comments, concerns, and requests to the County Staff toward final refinement of the plan.
