The reconvened annual meeting of the members and election of Directors took place on Tuesday, October 24, 2017. The following is a listing of your newly elected board of directors and the respective terms of office:

The vote to apply surplus funds, if any, to the following year’s operating funds in order to avoid negative tax consequences, as per IRS revenue ruling 70-604, was approved.
Since we did not make quorum last night (Tuesday Oct 17th), ballots can still be submitted and counted toward final tabulations.
Those whom have not cast their ballot(s) are encouraged to do so. Ballots can be mailed or hand-delivered to our community’s property management office. See below for details:

Due to a lack of quorum, the Annual Meeting of the Membership and election of Directors that was scheduled for Tuesday, October 17, 2017 was not held. The meeting was adjourned to Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., at the Offices of Crummack Huseby Property Management (25531 Commercentre Drive, Suite 100, Lake Forest, CA). The Inspector of Election will open the ballots and tabulate the results at the adjourned meeting.
